New PK-Sim® Simulation Software

Bayer Technology Services GmbH is offering a new simulation software program. PK-Sim® is the first universally applicable physiology-based pharmacokinetic simulation model.

This program is used to calculate the ADME behavior (absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion) of active agents in an integrated whole-body model which is based on easy to determine substance properties. Using this method to support active substance research and development can significantly accelerate the R&D process.
