MoBi® Releases

Improvements and enhanced features of MoBi®

What’s new in MoBi® 2.1

  1. Processes PBPK-models generated with PK-Sim® 4.1

What’s new in MoBi® 2.0.1

  1. Parameters are now specified as functions of other parameters and/or species concentrations
  2. Initial species-concentrations are now specified as functions of parameters and/or initial concentrations of other species
  3. Simulation properties like simulation time, resolution of output time steps, or parameters of the solver are now specified as ordinary parameters and may be used, e.g. in functions or formulas
  4. Derived parameters in PBPK models imported from PK-Sim® are now specified as functions of the corresponding base parameters. Consequently, any derived parameter will be updated automatically if any base parameter like, e.g. lipophilicity, is changed by the user. (The same holds true for the MoBi® toolbox for MATLAB®)
  5. Specification of multiple links in-between compartments is now possible
  6. Access to compound and application data is now possible
  7. Improved and enhanced graphical user interface
  8. Bug fixes

What’s new in MoBi® 1.1.2

  1. Enhanced MoBi® toolbox for MATLAB®:
    • Additional optimization algorithm (Simulated Annealing)
    • Additional error function
  1. Minor bug fixes
